    The mission of administrative enforcement is to exercise the public power, establish government’s credibility, and bring forth the best efficiency of enforcement, so that the nation’s administrative objectives are achieved. The Taipei Branch of Administrative Enforcement Agency (hereinafter refer to Taipei Branch) was established on January 1st, 2001. Pursuant to the Administrative Enforcement Act, the Compulsory Enforcement Act, and related acts and administrative regulations, the Agency manages administrative enforcement cases involved with monetary payout obligations.

    The Taipei Branch continues to accept financial and penalty cases pending for closure transferred from Taiwan Taipei District Court, Taiwan Shihlin District Court and Fuchien Kinmen District Court. It also accepts cases involved with violations against administrative acts or regulations transferred from various authorities. Due to cases waiting for handling were immense, Shihlin Branch of Administrative Enforcement Agency was therefore set up on January 1st, 2006 to share the workload. Taipei Branch’s jurisdictional areas are now adjusted to cover Taipei City’s Zhongzheng District, Songshan District, Xinyi District, Wenshan District, Daan District, Wanhua District, Zhongshan District; New Taipei City’s Wulai District, Shenkeng District, Shrding District, Sindian District,Pinglin District; and Kinmen County of Fuchien Province.

Infused with the ideas of managing a business corporation, our management system aims for an operation of low cost, high efficiency and high performance.We nourish the mindset of justice and law-abiding. Integrity, efficiency and kindness are our moral foundation. We hold a working attitude of being professional, enthusiastic and responsible. Without compromising the law and the principle of equity and fairness, we work to protect the public’s rights and benefits, make sure the public power is executed properly, and ensure the monetary credits are recovered by the nation’s public law. By doing so, Taipei Branch strives on to deliver our enforcement performance, increase the government’s financial revenues, and display our mettle and determination of carrying out the public power encouraged by the government.
